Negative Thoughts:

While doing meditation you should always release judgements, fear and self-criticism so that there is space for calm and clarity.

Tension in the Body:

To deepen your awareness while meditating you should consciously relax your muscles and let go of the physical tightness.

Control Over the Experience:

Always remember and accept that you can’t control every moment and let meditation unfold naturally.

Expectations:

During meditation, drop the need for a "perfect" session and keep in mind that meditation is about being, not achieving.

Past Regrets:

Meditation will be only successful if you let go of lingering regrets and mind that they belong to the past, not your present awareness.

Future Worries:

Focus on the present and silence your mind to plan or worry about anything and rather focus on your present breath.

Ego and Identity:

Always release the constant self-labeling and just observe your true self, free of roles and what you are.
