Heat two to three tablespoons of desi ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan.
Add Whole Wheat Flour and roast it slowly until it turns brown and aromatic.
Now melt a cup of jaggery in a separate pan with water to add in the halwa, as it's a healthier option than sugar.
Now carefully add Hot Jaggery syrup into the Roasted Atta and keep stirring to avoid lumps.
Keep stirring the mixture until the halwa thicks and ghee starts to separate from the sides.
Then add some chopped dry fruits in the halwa and also pinch of cardamom to enhance the flavor.
Your tasty atta halwa is ready guilt-free. Serve and enjoy.
