Peel and dice the mango, then blend it into a smooth puree. Add a little water if needed.
If your mango isn’t very sweet, stir in honey or your preferred sweetener.
Fill a tall glass with ice to keep your drink nice and cold.
Pour the mango puree into the bottom of the glass to create a vibrant base.
Slowly pour your choice of milk over the mango layer. This creates a beautiful separation of layers.
In a small bowl, whisk 1 tsp matcha with 2–3 tbsp hot (not boiling) water until frothy and fully dissolved. A bamboo whisk or milk frother works best.
Gently pour the matcha over the milk to create a stunning 3-layer drink. Stir before sipping, and enjoy.
