Step 1:

Rinse the phalsa berries properly so no dirt and impurities are left.

Step 2:

Then, in a mixer, blend the falsa properly until smooth to extract the fresh juice.

Step 3:

Now strain the Falsa juice through a fine sieve so that the seeds and pulp are removed for a smooth sherbet base

Step 4:

For the natural sweetness, add jaggery or honey and adjust it according to your taste.

Step 5:

Then add a pinch of black salt and roasted cumin powder to enhance its taste and a tangy kick to phalsa sherbet.

Step 6:

Now in the glass dilute the mixture with chilled water, you can also add ice in it and stir well.

Step 7:

Your tasty and healthy phalsa sherbet is ready, garnish with mint leaves or lemon slices and serve.
