Step 1:

Start by keeping store-bought dumplings or wonton wrappers, it will save your time and efforts.

Step 2:

Then in a bowl mix minced chicken or veggies with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and a pinch of pepper.

Step 3:

Now add a spoonful of filling on each wrapper, fold, and seal the edges with a dab of water, so it sticks properly.

Step 4:

Then skewer them up with thread, three-four folded dumplings onto each skewer like tasty little fans.

Step 5:

Now steam or pan fry them until it turns golden-brown and crispy from the edges.

Step 6:

When they are steamed or pan fried, brush it with sauce prepared by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes and then brush it on the dumplings for a kick.

Step 7:

Your tasty dumpling sticks are ready to serve with a spicy soy dip or garlic-chili sauce.
