Use dried chamomile flowers (from a store or your garden) make sure they’re pesticide-free if fresh.
Bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil, but don’t over-boil to preserve chamomile’s delicate flavor.
Place the flowers in a tea infuser, teapot, or directly in your cup if you’ll strain later.
Slowly pour the hot water over chamomile to gently release its aroma and oils.
Let it steep for 5–7 minutes, covered. This keeps the essential oils from escaping.
Strain into your cup. Add honey, a dash of lemon, or mint leaves if you like a twist.
Enjoy warm while listening to the rain, it is great for calming the mind, aiding digestion, and promoting sleep.
