Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
Turn off the heat, add tea bags, and let them steep for 3–5 minutes. Remove the bags and let the tea cool.
While still warm, stir in sugar or honey if desired. Mix until fully dissolved.
Once the tea is cool, pour in the litchi juice and mix well.
Refrigerate the mixture for 1–2 hours to let it cool completely.
Add ice cubes and a few fresh litchis to serving glasses.
Pour the chilled litchi tea over the ice, garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices. Serve immediately.
