Cut fresh paneer into small bite-sized cubes.
If using raw corn, boil until soft; if canned, drain and rinse.
Dice cucumber, tomato, and finely chop the onion and coriander leaves.
In a bowl, combine paneer, corn, cucumber, tomato, onion, and coriander.
Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, and a teaspoon of olive oil (if using). Toss well.
Sprinkle chaat masala or black salt for an extra zing (optional).
Chill for 10 minutes or serve immediately for a crunchy, refreshing salad.
