In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, and honey/maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
Brew and cool strong coffee. Add a dash of vanilla or cinnamon for extra flavor if you like.
Lightly dip ladyfingers/oat biscuits into the coffee — just enough to moisten, not soak.
Place a layer of dipped biscuits at the bottom of your serving dish or jar.
Spread half of the yogurt-protein mixture over the biscuit layer.
Add another biscuit layer and top with the remaining cream mixture.
Dust generously with cocoa powder, optionally add dark chocolate shavings, and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before serving.
