
Wash the jamuns thoroughly and remove the seeds.
Now add deseeded jamuns, sugar, lemon juice, black salt, cumin powder, and a few mint leaves into a blender.
Blend until smooth. Add a little chilled water if needed to help with blending.
If you prefer a smooth texture, strain the mixture using a fine sieve or muslin cloth.
Pour the strained juice into a mixing bowl or jug. Add ice cubes and adjust salt/sugar as needed.
Fill small shot glasses with the mixture. You can top it with a splash of soda for fizz if desired.
Lastly, Garnish with mint leaves or a pinch of cumin powder. Serve chilled immediately.
