Make the Strawberry Purée, take 4–5 fresh strawberries, 1 tsp honey or maple syrup, 1 tsp lemon juice (optional). Blend until smooth.
Spoon Strawberry Purée into a Glass. Add the purée to the bottom of your glass. Swirl for a beautiful gradient effect.
Add Ice and Fill the glass about ¾ full with ice. This helps layer the drink later.
Pour in Your Milk. Use ½–¾ cup of your choice: Oat milk (best for creaminess), Almond milk, Dairy milk. Pour gently over the ice.
Prepare the Matcha, add 1 tsp matcha powder, 2–3 tbsp hot water (not boiling). Whisk using a bamboo whisk or frother until smooth and frothy.
Slowly pour the matcha over the milk to create a layered effect.
