Gather Ingredients and Assemble all your fresh or frozen fruits, coconut water/milk, and extras.
Add everything in to Blender, Pour in the coconut water or milk, then add berries, banana, and sweetener if using.
Add Ice & Seeds, Toss in a few ice cubes and optional chia or flaxseeds.
Blend everything Until Smooth, Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until creamy and smooth.
Taste Test – Adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or a splash of coconut water.
