Step 1:

Gather Ingredients and Assemble all your fresh or frozen fruits, coconut water/milk, and extras.

Step 2:

Add everything in to Blender, Pour in the coconut water or milk, then add berries, banana, and sweetener if using.

Step 3:

Add Ice & Seeds, Toss in a few ice cubes and optional chia or flaxseeds.

Step 4:

Blend everything Until Smooth, Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until creamy and smooth.

Step 5:

Taste Test – Adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or a splash of coconut water.

Step 6:

Pour & Garnish, Pour into a chilled glass and top with mint leaves or a few extra berries.

Step 7:

Sip & Hydrate and Enjoy your cool, vitamin-packed, hydrating summer shake.
