Step 1:

Boil the Hakka noodles in hot water and then drain them, toss them with a bit of oil to prevent sticking of noodles.

Step 2:

Prepare the veggies by thinly slicing the cabbage, capsicum, carrots, onions, and spring onions for that authentic street-style crunch.

Step 3:

Now heat the Wok, add oil on high flame, then add chopped garlic and green chilies.

Step 4:

Then toss in onions first, add other vegetables, and stir-fry on high heat for 2–3 minutes for the crunch.

Step 5:

Now add the sauces like soy sauce, red chili sauce, green chili sauce, vinegar, and also a pinch of black pepper.

Step 6:

Gradually add the boiled noodles and stir-fry everything together, this will coat the sauces evenly with noodles.

Step 7:

Your tasty street style noodles is ready, garnish it with spring onions and serve with ketchup.
