City schools shine in ISC, ICSE exams


Students in city schools put up a good performance in the ISC (Class XII) and ICSE (Class X) examinations, the results of which were declared by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) on Wednesday.

At St. Thomas Residential School, Mukkolakkal, Ria Maria Manoj secured the first spot in the ISC Science stream with 99.5% marks.

In Commerce, Hannah J. Joseph was the topper with 96.75% marks.

In Humanities, Nanditha Rajeev secured the first position with 97.75% marks.

In the ICSE examinations, Devisha Agarwal stood first with 99% marks.

Jagan Vasudevan with 99.25% marks topped Loyola School, Sreekaryam, in the ISC examinations. Forty-eight of the 58 students who sat for the examinations secured distinction.

In the ISC examinations, Vaibhav A. Nair emerged the school topper with 98.4% marks.

Devna Lakshmy Manoj was the topper at Christ Nagar Higher Secondary School, Kowdiar, in the ISC examinations with 98.75% marks.

Aarcha Anish Nair grabbed the first rank in the ICSE examinations with 98.2% marks.

At L’ecole Chempaka, Edavacode, Pranav S. with 98.5% topped the school in Science stream.

Gauri S. Nair and Neha Feroz Manzoor shared the first position in Commerce with 91% marks.

In Humanities, Zeba Riyas was the topper with 96.75% marks.

In the ICSE examinations, Prarthana Kiran bagged the top spot scoring 98%.

At Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Kunnumpuram, Sanjay S. topped the school in Science in the ISC examinations with a score of 98.5%.

In Commerce, Bhagya Lakshmi secured 93.5% marks in Commerce to emerge the topper.

In the ICSE examinations, Saathwik J. secured the first position with 97.6% marks.

Kalyani A. Viswam topped Holy Angels’ ISC School, Nanthancode, in the Science stream with 98.25% marks.

In Commerce, Zyra Nishad grabbed the first position with 92.75% marks.

Avantika Vinod topped the ICSE examination with 99% marks. A total of 148 of the 164 students who appeared for the examination secured distinction.

At Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, Nalanchira, Devesh Krishna V. Bhat emerged the topper with 98% marks in the ISC examinations.

In the ICSE examinations, Navami R. Chandra was the school topper with 98.6% marks. The school had 100% results in both ISC and ICSE examinations.

Vaishnavi P. emerged the topper in the ICSE examinations at L’ecole Chempaka, Kallayam, with 96.4% marks.

At Nazareth Home English Medium School, Balaramapuram, Devika A.J. and Akshay S. emerged the top scorers in the ISC examinations, securing 98% marks.

Jessika Johnson with 96% marks topped the ICSE examinations with 96% marks.

Sajai Krishna S.S. secured the first position at St. Teresa of Avila ICSE School, Neyyattinkara, scoring 96.2% marks in the ICSE examinations. Twenty-two of the 25 students who sat for the examinations secured distinction.
