SR Nagar police clarified that a General Diary (GD) entry has been made in the complaint against actor Vijay Deverakonda and a case is yet to be filed.
Police have received a petition from an advocate about remarks made by the actor during a recent pre-release event for a Tamil film, where Mr. Deverakonda appeared as the chief guest.
“We have received the petition and acknowledged the complaint. A legal opinion is being sought before proceeding with the case,” police said.
