CDSL Q4 Results: Net profit declines by 22.5%


CSDL Q4 Results: Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) on Saturday reported its financial results for the fourth quarter or Q4FY25.

The company posted a consolidated net profit that plunged by 22.5 per cent to Rs 100.3 crore during the quarter, compared to Rs 129.4 crore reported in the same period last year.

The largecap firm’s revenue for the quarter stood at Rs 224 crore, down 6.8 per cent year-on-year from Rs 241 crore, a year ago. The company’s EBITDA for the quarter came in at Rs 109 crore, reflecting a decrease of 26.1 per cent from Rs 148 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. 

EBITDA margin for the March 2025 quarter was reported at 48.7 per cent.

CDSL Dividend

The CDSL Board has recommended a final dividend of 125 per cent, translating to Rs 12.50 per share on a face value of Rs 10.

The company has stated that the record date for the dividend will be communicated in due course.

Shares of the largecap stock closed at Rs 1,324.70 (up 0.36 per cent), apiece on NSE. Over the past year, the stock has delivered a return of 23.44 per cent and more than 1000 per cent in the last five years.
