Hyderabad Metro has implemented a 10 per cent discount in fares across zones, with effect from Saturday, May 24. Under the revised prices, a fare of Rs 11 per ticket is applicable for travelling up to 2 kilometres using the Hyderabad Metro network, according to a press release.
The discount is applied to a percentage increase decided by the Fare Fixation Committee (FFC) across the zones served by Hyderabad Metro. This special panel recommends rate revisions for the Hyderabad Metro rapid transit service from time to time to ensure the long-term sustainability and maintenance of the project.

Under the revised fare system, the maximum price has been set at Rs 69 per ticket for travelling beyond 24 kilometres.
New Hyderabad Metro Fare List | Minimum fare at Rs 11
The minimum fare that a passenger has to pay to use the service is set at Rs 11 after the 10 per cent discount. This fare is valid for up to 2 kilometres of travel using the Hyderabad Metro train service.
