Ducon Infratechnologies reports strong FY25 results with 78% rise in net profit


Thane, Maharashtra, June 3: Ducon Infratechnologies Limited (NSE: DUCON |BSE: 534674), a leader in fossil fuel clean technology and environmental engineering, has reported a robust financial performance for the fourth quarter and the complete financial year 2024-25.

For the fiscal year 2024–25, the company reported a total income of Rs. 452.42 crore, reflecting growth of 7.84 per cent compared to Rs. 419.51 crore in the previous year. EBITDA rose to Rs. 31.47 crore, an increase of 43.20 per cent from Rs. 21.98 crore in FY24. Net profit for the year stood at Rs. 13.55 crore, up 77.66 per cent over the previous year’s Rs. 7.63 crore.

In the fourth quarter of FY25, total income was Rs. 119.33 crore, up 11.41 per cent from Rs. 107.11 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. EBITDA for the quarter was Rs. 8.90 crore, up 19.16 per cent from Rs. 7.47 crore in Q4 FY24. Net profit for the quarter was Rs. 3.91 crore, an increase of 16 per cent from Rs. 3.11 crore in the last year.
