Aayush Wellness Limited to form wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore to drive Southeast Asia expansion

Dedicated to holistic wellness and innovation, Aayush Wellness Limited [BSE: 539528] is happy to report that its Board of Directors has approved the creation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore with an initial capital investment of SGD 10,000.

This calculated expansion represents a major turning point in the company’s worldwide development plan and will provide a platform for its nutraceutical and healthcare products throughout the fast-growing Southeast Asian markets.

“Our new Singapore-based subsidiary will enable us to tap into one of the most vibrant wellness markets in the world, offering greater agility in operations, regulatory efficiency, and direct access to high-growth ASEAN economy. Building a worldwide wellness brand depends on this crucial first step,” said Naveena Kumar, Managing Director, Aayush Wellness.

Unlocking Local Potential:

Rising health consciousness, urbanisation, and preference for preventive healthcare solutions are expected to drive the USD 15.1 billion Southeast Asian nutraceutical market to grow at a CAGR of 7.5 per cent.

Particularly, Singapore stands out as a major market and opening for regional development. With an ageing population, high per capita health spending, and a consumer base that actively searches functional foods, dietary supplements, and herbal wellness solutions, the nutraceutical industry of the nation is valued at over USD 1.3 billion and is growing steadily. Its robust regulatory system and international connectivity make it the perfect foundation for the worldwide aspirations of Aayush Wellness.

Key Focus Areas of the Subsidiary:

  • Localising product offers to fit cultural and legal requirements
  • Establishing across ASEAN strategic alliances and e-commerce distribution channels
  • Driving export growth from India while building the company’s worldwide brand presence; establishing a regional R&D and innovation hub to fit market-specific wellness trends

In line with the larger goal of Aayush Wellness Limited to provide globally scientifically supported, sustainable, and natural healthcare solutions, this development fits their vision. Along with access to markets in Malaysia, Indonesia,

Thailand, and Vietnam, the company hopes to build a basis for future worldwide alliances and innovation using its new presence in Singapore.

With a multifarious increase over the income from operations of Rs. 60 lakh in the corresponding period last year, the company has reported income from operations of Rs. 73.34 crore for FY2024-25, which ended on March 31, 2025. On June 9, 2025, the stock price rose to touch a 52-week high of Rs. 151.05 per share. Over several days with good volumes, the share price was in the buyer circuit.

Aayush Wellness is also moving boldly into offline preventive medicine. The company opened its first healthcare facility in Virar, Maharashtra. Inspired by the E Sanjeevani National Telemedicine Service of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Aayush Wellness installed a health ATM that shall conduct a wide range of diagnostics tests, in 2-3 minutes, maintain digital health records, and also enable telemedicine to address health deficiencies before they become critical.
