Indian equities in Wednesday’s trade (May 14, 2025) traded with optimism as retail inflation cooled off to the lowest and came in at a 6-year low. At the last count, at around 10:29 am- Sensex was up over 457 points at 81,605 points, while the Nifty50 was up 0.64 per cent at 24,736. Meanwhile, broader markets traded higher with the midcap index leading the pack.
Furthermore, the Bank Nifty index was traded with minor gains led by rally in PSU Bank like Canara Bank etc.

Garden Reach Shipbuilders:
For the shipping stock from the smallcap space, the expert has recommended to buy the stock.
The market guru said that the company posted extraordinary Q4 results with PAT rising 119 per cent on-year. The company’s Q4 profit stood at Rs 244.2 crore. Revenue for the quarter soared 61.7 per cent on-year to Rs 1,642 crore. Also, on the operational front, the company’s EBITDA rose 144 per cent on-year to Rs 221 crore during the review quarter.
Margin soared 460 basis points in the reporting quarter to 13.5 per cent as against 8.9 per cent in the year-ago period.
Garden Reach Shipbuilders: Buy| Target: Rs 1,945, Rs 1,995, 2025
The analyst has suggested buying the stock for strong upside of up to 6 per cent, taking into account the most bullish target. The stop loss suggested for the trade is Rs 1,895.
GlaxoSmithKline Pharma:
The analyst has suggested to buy this mid cap pharma taking into account its good quarterly show after long. The company for the reporting quarter soared 35 per cent on-year to Rs 263 crore. Also revenue soar 5 per cent to Rs 974 crore.
Furthermore, the margin soared to 34.2 per cent versus 27.7 per cent in the same period last year.
GlaxoSmithKline Pharma: Buy| Target: Rs 2,825, Rs 2,875, 2940
The suggested gains imply gains of over 5 per cent. Analysts has suggested a stop loss at Rs 2,750.
Dalmia Bharat Sugar:
For the smallcap sugar scrip, Anil Singhvi said the company posted strong Q4 numbers. The company’s profit soared 1.2 times to Rs 206 crore, while revenue was up 36 per cent at Rs 1,018 crore.
Also, the margin substantially rose to 19.1 per cent as against 15.8 per cent.
Dalmia Bharat Sugar: Buy| Target: Rs 418, 424, 430
The analyst pegs the highest target at Rs 430, implying gains of nearly 4 per cent over the previous close. The stop loss is at Rs 430 per share.
ASK Automotive:
Auto ancillary company posted strong numbers with operational profitability soaring 27 per cent during March quarter. The margin also improved during the quarter.
