Tech giant Google announced the launch of its online store in India today, May 29. Through its official store, you can buy Pixel phones, watches, earbuds directly from store.google.com.
“India remains a key market for Pixel. The launch of direct online purchases on the Google Store is a pivotal step in our mission to empower more Indians with our AI-powered Pixel devices. By providing direct access, flexible financing, and a seamless experience, we are not just selling hardware; we are delivering intelligent, helpful tools designed to unlock creativity, boost productivity, and keep users connected,” said Mitul Shah, Managing Director, Devices and Services, Google India.
The company had been selling its products through third-party retails like Croma, Flipkart, and Amazon until now.
Pixel Price Promise
“Pixel Price Promise” is one of the key highlights of the Google Store. “If you find a better price at a selected retail partner or on Google Store within the return period, you may be eligible for a partial refund to match the lower price,” said Google.

EMI option
“Indian consumers love to buy products using EMI offers, but unlike markets like the US or Europe, where you can get monthly instalments as a part of your carrier contract, in India, this happens through banks,” Shah said.
There will be no cost EMI option with over 15 banks. Customers can also exchange their device through the Google Store Exchange Program. The company has partnered with Cashify for this initiative.
Google has partnered with BlueDart to deliver the products.
