India’s first alcantara and wood finish flip phone launched; check price, other key details

Motorola Razr 60 Ultra Launched: Motorola on Tuesday, May 13, launched the latest smartphone in its premium Razr series – the Razr 60 Ultra in India. It is the world’s first smartphone crafted with Alcantara and Wood Finish and features the world’s most advanced 3 X 50MP flip camera system, the company said in the official release. Additionally, the flip phone also comes with the company’s largest external display and the most durable hinge, tested for 800,000 flips.

The AI flip phone – the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra – comes with features such as AI Image Studio, Catch Me Up, Remember This, and much more, along with the introduction of Look & Talk. 

What is Look & Talk?

With this feature, users can just glance at their phone to unlock it and start a conversation—no hands needed. They can ask Moto AI anything, from quick questions to catching up on missed notifications by just talking to Moto AI from the external display. 

Motorola Razr 60 Ultra: Processor

The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra is powered by the 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform. Paired with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage, the device supports 17 5G bands, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth, and UWB.

Motorola Razr 60 Ultra: Camera

The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra comes with the most advanced 3 X 50MP Flip Camera System, the company claims, which includes a 50MP main camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 50MP Ultrawide + Macro Vision lens, and a high-resolution 50MP internal selfie camera. 

Motorola Razr 60 Ultra: Display

According to the official release, the Razr 60 Ultra features the world’s first Pantone Validated 7.0” 1.5K Super HD POLED internal display on a flip phone. Also, this is the first flip phone to feature Corning Gorilla Glass with Ceramic Shield. The foldable screen has a 1220p resolution, 464ppi sharpness, and 165Hz refresh rate. The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra is also IP48-rated

The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra will be available in a single storage variant – 16GB RAM + 512GB Storage, in three PantoneTM Curated colour – PANTONE Mountain Trail (Real Wood finish), PANTONE Scarab ( Alcantara Suede Finish), and PANTONE Rio Red (Premium Vegan Leather Finish).
