Joint Operation By Army And J&K Police Uncovers Terror Hideout In Poonch Forest


A joint operation by the Indian Army and Jammu & Kashmir Police has uncovered a terror hideout in Surankote, Poonch district. Five explosive devices, including IEDs in tiffin boxes and steel buckets, along with communication devices were recovered. This operation comes amid tensions along the Line of Control and reports of small arms firing in border areas. The security forces’ proactive approach follows the recent Pulwama terror attack.
