L&T Finance Q4 FY25 Results: PAT grows 15% to Rs 636 crore; Rs 2.75 per share record dividend declared


L&T Finance Q4 FY25 Results: Mumbai-headquartered non-banking financial company (NBFC) L&T Finance on Friday reported a 15 per cent increase in its net profit to Rs 636 crore for the January-March period. The company’s revenue grew 9.6 per cent to Rs 4,022.9 crore on a year-on-year basis, according to a regulatory filing.

The company said its reimbursements stood at a “stable” Rs 14,899 crore for the March quarter, as against Rs 15,044 crore for the corresponding period a year ago.

L&T Finance Dividend Announcement: NBFC posts record final dividend of Rs 2.75 per share 

The NBFC’s board recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.75 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. That marked its highest final dividend.

If approved by shareholders at its annual general meeting, the dividend will be paid within 30 days from that day.

L&T FY25 Earnings: How NBFC performed during the financial year ended March 31 

The company’s net profit for the full year grew 14 per cent to a record Rs 2,644 crore. 

Its retail disbursements rose 11 per cent to Rs 60,040 crore and retail book expanded 19 per cent to Rs 95,180 crore, it noted.

This stability is underpinned by our unwavering commitment to strong asset quality reinforced by a strong focus on collection efficiency across businesses,” said Sudipta Roy, Managing Director and CEO, L&T Finance. 

“We believe the financial year 2024-25 marks a significant step in laying the foundation for sustainable and predictable growth going forward,” added Roy.

Earlier on Friday, L&T Finance shares ended 3.6 per cent lower at Rs 173.1 apiece on BSE.
