PM Modi Amaravati visit today: More than 4,000 buses, 3,000 cars reached for public meeting

The public from across Andhra Pradesh have started arriving at the Amaravati venue, where the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to relaunch the works of the Capital City at around 4 P.M. on Friday.  

Almost all the eight roads leading to the Amaravati capital have been overloaded with the buses, cars and other vehicles in which the attendees have been coming to participate in the mega public meeting. The Government has arranged more than 4,000 for the transportation of the people from across the State and evenly distributed the buses among all the 175 Assembly Constituencies to instill a sense of unity among all sections and regions of the State.

On the other hand, VVIPs, VIPs, officials, industrialists, general public also coming to the venue on their own vehicles like cars and two-wheelers. It is estimated that more than 3,000 cars would come to Amaravati for the programme. 

Meanwhile, the government arranged food, water and medical support for the people reaching the capital. These provisions are arranged in the buses at 11 parking places.  

The NDA alliance parties, TDP, BJP and Jana Sena have decorated the roads with their party flags and banners, welcoming the guests.  

The police department have deployed more than five thousand personnel for providing high security across the region, including the roads, parking places and at the venue.  

Police beefed up security at Andhra Pradesh Secretariat, where the venue is located. The security forces were seen diverting the vehicles from the helipads where the Prime Minister will land, just in front of the Secretariat. After landing there, Prime Minister will come to the venue by travelling for more than 1.5 kms by road. While the venue is located behind the Secretariat, the helipad is located in front the Secretariat.
