Rainfall to continue in Dakshina Kannada, Udupi till May 4


The India Meteorological Department said on Wednesday that light rain/ thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places over Udupi and Dakshina Kannada districts from May 1 to 4.

Meanwhile, Udupi district recorded 1.3 mm rainfall in 24 hours ending at 8.30 a.m. on Wednesday (April 30, 2025). Karkala taluk recorded 3.9 mm rainfall, Udupi 0.7 mm rainfall, Kaup 1.1 mm rainfall, and Hebri taluk recorded 3.1 mm rainfall during the same period.
