SBI Securities has positive outlook on the steel maker firm and highlighted financial performance. The brokerage has noted that at the upper end of the price band, the company is valued at a P/E of 21.8x and EV/EBITDA of 9.6x, based on annualised 9MFY25 results.
SBI Securities has recommended investors subscribe to the issue at the cut-off price.Analysts at Angel One believe that the IPO is a “decent opportunity for someone seeking to play out the infrastructure and industrial growth story in India”.
However, the firm cautioned and advised investors to “keep a close eye on the competitive nature of the industry and the company’s cash flow trajectory.” They suggest that while long-term gains are possible, a careful approach is warranted.
On the other hand, Bajaj Broking has a ‘neutral’ stance on the IPO. The brokerage also pointed out challenges like working capital constraints, margin pressures, and broader market risks.
According to Bajaj Broking’s analysts, medium-term performance will largely hinge on improved cash flow management and sustained demand from infrastructure sectors.

Allotment of shares is expected to be finalised by Monday, June 2, 2025, and the company is tentatively scheduled to be listed on both BSE and NSE on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.
