Former Rajya Sabha member T.G. Venkatesh asked Pulala Chandrasekhar, who got recently appointed the Vice-Chancellor (V-C) of Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), to strive for the development of medical education in the State.
Following his appointment as the V-C of NTRUHS, Dr. Chandrasekhar visited Mr. Venkatesh at the latter’s residence in Kurnool on Sunday. Mr. Venkatesh said that it is a proud moment for the people of Rayalaseema as a doctor from Kurnool has been appointed as the V-C of the prestigious university.
Dr. Chandrasekhar said that he had the blessings of the senior leader and former MP in every aspect of his personal life. Kurnool Heart Foundation members Nageswar Babu and Vasudeva Murthy were also present.
