Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin, PWD Minister E.V. Velu and Assembly Secretary K. Srinivasan went to his help and brought him back to his seat.
Chief Minister M.K. Stalin was not in the House when the incident took place. When he came to the House, he inquired about it with Mr. Duraimurugan.
