Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd, a large-cap software company, declared its highest-ever dividend of 5,300 per cent for FY25 on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
This comes after the company announced an improvement in financial performance, with a 283 per cent jump in net profit.
In a regulatory filing, the company stated that its board has approved an interim dividend of Rs 265 per equity share with a face value of Rs 5, translating to a 5300 percent dividend payout.

For the quarter ended March 31, 2025, the company has reported a net profit of Rs 1,835.5 crore, compared to Rs 479 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
Growth in revenue
In terms of revenue, the company witnessed a year-on-year growth of 6.3 per cent to Rs 1,290 crore from Rs 1,213 crore. It’s operating profit increased by 10 per cent to Rs 663.5 crore from Rs 603.3 crore, while the EBITDA margin improved to 51.4 per cent from 49.7 per cent, a year ago.
