Youth aged 21 to 40 years, with a minimum educational qualification of 8th grade, and a skill training certificate from a recognised institution, are eligible for this scheme.
Age: Between 21 and 40 years.
Educational Qualification: Minimum 8th grade pass or equivalent.
Skill Certification: Certificate, diploma, or degree related to skills from a recognized institute or university.
Exclusivity of Benefits: The applicant should not be availing benefits from any other central or state government scheme (involving interest or capital subsidy), except the PM SVANidhi Scheme.
