The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) has revolutionised its feedback system with WhatsApp integration. The initiative allows devotees to provide feedback narrating their experiences conveniently by scanning QR codes strategically placed at various vital points in Tirumala and Tirupati.
Upon scanning the QR code, pilgrims are directed to a user-friendly WhatsApp interface where they can submit their feedback in a few simple steps.
The system prompts users to enter their name, select a service category, choose the feedback medium, rate the service, and provide additional comments (not exceeding 600 characters) or upload a video.
The management will then thoroughly review the feedback received and take necessary actions to address the deficiencies/complaints and improve its services.
The main intention behind the initiative is to leverage technology and bridge the gap between pilgrims and the administration and ensure that every voice is heard and valued, said a media release.
