Wagons Learning, a Pune-based corporate training company, will open its initial public offering (IPO) on Friday, May 2. The 5-day IPO will close on May 6.

This will be a Rs 38.38 crore SME IPO. Let’s check out the key details.

Price band: The price band has been fixed at Rs 78 to Rs 82 per equity share. The face value is Rs 10 each. Subscribers can make a bid for a minimum of 1,600 equity shares and in multiples of 1,600 after that.

Fresh issue & OFS: Out of 46.8 lakh shares IPO, 30.8 lakh shares worth Rs 25.26 crore will be a fresh issue, while there will be an offer-for-sale (OFS) of Rs 13.12 crore by the promoters. 

Retail investors & others: The company has reserved half of the shares for retail investors. 11.99 per cent and 38.01 per cent shares have been kept for qualified institutional buyers and non-institutional investors, respectively.

Minimum lot size for HNIs: The minimum lot size investment for HNI is 2 lots (3,200 shares) amounting to Rs 2,62,400.

Use of proceeds: The company will use the IPO proceeds for repayment of debt, and general corporate purposes.

Listing date: Wagons Learning IPO will be list on BSE SME with a tentative listing date fixed as Friday, May 9, 2025.
