Virtual Galaxy Infotech SME IPO: Subscription status, Issue size, price band, other details


Nagpur-based Virtual Galaxy Infotech Limited, a IT services and consulting firm’s SME initial public offering (IPO) opened on May 9, 2025 will set to conclude today, Wednesday, May 14. The Rs 93.29 crore book-built issue is entirely a fresh issue of 65.70 lakh equity shares.

The price band for the IPO was fixed at Rs 142 per share, with a minimum application size of 1,000 shares. Retail investors were required to invest Rs 1,42,000 at the cut-off price, while High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) had a minimum lot requirement of two, translating into an investment of Rs 2,84,000.

The issue structure earmarked 33.49 per cent of shares for retail investors, 14.46 per cent for HNIs, and 18.93 per cent for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), while 28.01 per cent of the shares were allocated to anchor investors.

Alacrity Securities has been appointed as the market maker with a designated quota of 3.36 lakh shares.

The IPO allotment is expected to be finalised on Thursday, May 15, 2025 with the tentative listing date on the NSE SME platform set for Monday, May 19, 2025.
