Wagons Learning, a corporate training and digital learning solutions provider, plans to raise ₹38 crore through initial public offering (IPO) which will open for subscription on May 2.

The equity shares will be listed on BSESME platform. The company will issue 46.80 lakh equity shares in the price band of ₹78-₹82 a share.

The net proceeds from the IPO will be used for the payment of certain outstanding borrowings, to fund working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes.

The Book Running Lead Manager to the issue is Khandwala Securities while Cameo Corporate Services will be the registrar.

Uday Jagannath Shetty, Chairman & CEO, Wagons Learning said the has trained over 5.50 lakh professionals, virtual and digital modules.

Expand market

The IPO funding will enable the company to strengthen existing operations, expand into international markets, including UAE, and enter the B2C education segment with industry-ready certification programs, he said.

Rinav Manseta, Associate Director, Khandwala Securities said the company has demonstrated impressive growth in corporate training, digital learning and skill development sectors, which are poised for substantial expansion in the coming years.

The IPO will enable the company to enhance its digital infrastructure, expand its global reach and further strengthen its position in a rapidly evolving industry, he said.

In FY2024, the company achieved a revenue of ₹33 crore, EBITDA of ₹8 crore and net profit of ₹6 crore.
