Hawkins Cookers declares Rs 130 dividend/share for FY25


Hawkins Cookers on Wednesday has announced the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.

The Board has also approved a final dividend of Rs 130 per equity share with a face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year.

Dividend payment date

According to the company, the dividend will be disbursed on or before September 5, 2025.

“Recommended payment of dividend of Rs.130 per equity share of the face value of Rs.10 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, to the shareholders – subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2025. The said dividend shall be paid latest by September 5, 2025,” the company said.

Hawkins Cookers Q4 Results

The company has reported a net profit of Rs 34.36 crore for the fourth quarter of FY25.

During the quarter, revenue rose to Rs 307 crore, up from Rs 277 crore in the same period last year.
